This is hand made san-mai laminate, 1085 core wraped with 1018 mild steel for utimate performance.

The sharpness, by shaving himself with this blade! All the components are hand made by Jim, and include,

copper habaki, Ho wood saya, exremely rare ivory meguki-ana, and ox horn meguki. With silk bag, Price $250.

Shobu-zukuri Tanto:  This tanto is made from 1095 steel, and the blade measures 8" long by 1 1/2" wide & 3/16" thick.

Saltwater quenched with beautifull hamon. It is 13" overall, mounted with a handmade copper habaki,

Tsumami hamon Deba cleaver:  This deba is hand forged from 1095 steel, and has a stunning tsumami wave hamon.

It measures 10.5" overall, with a 6" blade that is 3/16" thick.This blade is SOLD.

Kiridashi with hamon and same-gawa:  Hand forged from 1095 steel, the cutting edge measures 1 1/2" wide x 3/32" thick.

The blade is 6" overall. Saltwater quenched with notare hamon. Single bevel, razor sharp.
